Globe Head/10

This ‘Globe Head’ measures 100cm x 120cm and is made on linen canvas. The base layer and shape of the head is made using acrylic paint, acrylic marker and oil pastel to ‘Earthmotion’ which is a 10:41 min piece of poetry by Abèling Raastoff and beats by Philip Halloun done in 2010. Most of the drawings and paintings are made listening to this poetry piece. After the base layer the painting was finished using sand, acrylic paint and marker and oil pastel.
Currently the ‘Globe Head’ is exhibited in Nordværk Gallery, Peter Bangsvej 74, Frederiksberg (Cph).
